Refund policy

Please note, that our printed products are hand-block printed and all products are cut and made by hand, so slight variations in size, colour or print are normal and part of the unique character of each piece.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you would like to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Goods should be returned with their packing note, making sure they are unused and in their original packaging and with all tags still attached.

Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they’re packed securely. Please remember to keep proof of postage in case you need to contact the courier about your return. 

We reserve the right to deduct the value of free gifts from refunds if not returned to us when you return other items from your order. Discount offers or free gifts that are subject to minimum spends / bundle prices may be lost if the requirements are no longer met after returns.

If the item is faulty, please email us before returning the item/s so we can arrange to refund your postage.

We appreciate any feedback that you may have about a product as it helps us to improve, so please be sure to tell us why you are returning it.
